Dr. Siddharth’s journey towards excellence started at an early age when he realized the power of education and leadership. He holds a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, an MPhil from Jadavpur University, and is an alumnus of both IIM-Calcutta and Symbiosis-Pune. He has also attended several Management Development Programs from prestigious institutions such as Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg, and HEC-Paris. These educational experiences have given him a deep understanding of the complex world of business, psychology, and leadership.
After completing his education, Dr. Siddharth worked in various global leadership and senior management roles in several Fortune-500 companies. These experiences taught him the value of hard work, creativity, and innovation. He also learned how to adapt to changing situations and lead by example. Today, he is a Senior HR Leader at one of the top Fortune companies in the world. In this role, he helps professionals at the C and V levels understand the strategies they need to employ to adapt to dynamic organizational change, employee experience, and brand, while also having a work-life balance with personal life commitments.
Dr. Siddharth’s passion for excellence and empathy goes beyond his professional life. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds a Psychotherapist License from MCI-RCI and Counsellor Licence from CCI. He is also an advisory member of “The Planetary Society” (Advisory body of NASA), a Committee Member of the Harvard Leadership Excellence Club-USA, a Lifetime member of the Institute of Scholar (Govt of India), a member of AIMA, a member of NHRD, and a Brand Ambassador of Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences-Dubai, UAE (MBRU).
Dr. Siddharth is a Certified Career Coach from Career Development Alliance (CDA-USA) and a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC-USA). He utilizes the Energy Leadership Index Assessment™ to help individuals understand how their energy affects their engagement in life and how they “show up” in their life. This unique approach has helped thousands of people achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and find their purpose in life.
Dr. Siddharth’s contributions to society go beyond his professional and educational achievements. During the pandemic, when rumours and panic created havoc among people, he became a watchdog for safety on social media platforms. He gathered a few Techies from the organization, mobilized community-building efforts by compiling helpline numbers (hospitals, veterinarians, doctors, etc.), and helped the elderly population. He mobilized his volunteers to check on various staff at society duties. He left out one meal and a bowl of water for animals that strayed into their neighbourhood. Being a Psychologist and Certified Coach, he helped broken families, couples, and people with free counselling during the pandemic.
As a freelancer, Dr. Siddharth has been providing Career Coaching for school and university kids for the last few years. He has been involved in providing advice to the education system of India, career and life development counseling to students, and has helped various schools and universities.
